what will be the fate of these students. when they are purchasing the paper spending such sum then they will enter in the college and passing the college holding the degree, so they are the no 2 class citizen of the nation and he will not utilizes his ability and always indulge in no two jobs. if he finds culprit so must be punished accordingly. due to his act millions of students effected. how much time, money energy wasted and we are loosing the faiths on examinations and later on it will be only formality of the examination. although our country is too vast. these types of the examples are in natural course. but it is an alarming sign of deterioration of our moral ethics and values. now a days morality, ethics, honesty are the words out of dated and who so ever discuss on this matters are known as a orthodox.
